deMont Digital Services - Fees and Terms

General Callouts
For site visits within our general work area where only occasional assistance is required, we charge a nominal fee of £20.00 to cover travelling costs and time, plus an hourly rate of £50.00. Visits outside London are negotiable and of course are relative to our location in Kingston Upon Thames.

Maintenance Contracts
It may be in your best interest, especially if you are a small business, to have ongoing support from a technician on a regular basis. We're happy to set up contracts with clients, to visit your office on an agreed basis and to service your equipment, making sure everything is running at optimum performance.

If you feel a maintenance contract could be the best solution for your needs, please contact us to discuss your special requirements and negotiate a fee.

Invoicing & Terms of Payment

• Invoices may be settled by cheque (UK Banks only) or bank transfer (please call us for bank details).
• Note that deMont Digital is no longer registered for VAT so all fees are
  NO LONGER SUBJECT TO VAT.

We reserve the right to revise our Fees and Terms of Business at any time.
